The AceKarts website is owned and operated by Harcourt Drive Pty Ltd trading as Ace Karts.

Terms used on the website: “Ace Karts” “we”, “our”, and “us” means Harcourt Drive Pty Ltd trading as Ace Karts ABN 87 868 160 452. “You” and “your” refer to the individual whose information we collect and hold for our purposes.

By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended when required. By purchasing a service advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member of ACE KARTS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ACE KARTS may amend these Terms and Conditions when required and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Please Note:

Due to the dynamic of Go-Kart racing your race/session(s) can be delayed due to many varied reasons. Every effort will be made to ensure your race/session(s) start on time.

Ace Karts Birthday offer

The Ace Karts Birthday offer entitles the recipient to one free race, valued at $49. To be eligible, the recipient must have an existing profile with Ace Karts and present this birthday message at reception upon arrival. The offer is valid for 30 days from the recipient's birthday, and it is not redeemable for cash, credit, or transfer to another individual.

To redeem the offer, the recipient must phone Ace Karts in advance to book their race. All bookings are subject to availability, the offer is valid only for the birthday recipient. Failure to show the birthday message at reception or attempting to transfer the offer to another person will result in forfeiture of this offer.

Ace Karts reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Cancelled Exclusive Race & Bucks Reservations

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to racing@acekarts.com.au, fax on (03) 9360 5006 or by post, 20 Carrington Drive, Albion, VIC 3020.

If your circumstances change and you have to cancel your reservation fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation date, you will receive a full refund, less a 10% Administration Fee. Refunds are processed by management within seven (7) working days of the cancellation. Customers who cancel within fourteen (14) days of the reservation date will not receive a refund.

Credit Card Request

Ace Karts reserves the right to sight the credit card used for all online transactions. Failure to produce the card may result in cancellation of your race.

Cancelled Arrive & Drive Reservations

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to racing@acekarts.com.au, fax on (03) 9360 5006 or by post, 20 Carrington Drive, Albion, VIC 3020.

If your circumstances change and you have to cancel your reservation seven (7) days prior to the reservation time, you will receive a full refund, less a 10% Administration Fee. Refunds are processed by management within seven (7) working days of the cancellation. Customers who cancel within seven (7) days of the reservation date will not receive a refund.

No refunds will be provided if less than the number of reserved drivers participate in the reservation itself.

Exclusive Race & Bucks Payment

Full payment of balance is required before racing.

Failure to make payment of balance at the time of your reservation will result in forfeit of your deposit and race sessions at Ace Karts with the balance owing to be charged to the same payment source used at the time of making the reservation.

Arrival Time

All drivers are required to arrive forty-five (45) minutes prior to their reservation time. Any driver who arrives late for their session may miss out on their session(s).

Reservations cannot be delayed for late arrivals if there is an adverse impact on the running of the day.

Failure to arrive for your reservation will result in cancellation and you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.

Third-party Suppliers

Additional cancellation fees may be incurred as imposed by any third party suppliers if less than seventy-two (72) hours notification of cancellation of event is given.

Zero Alcohol Tolerance

ZERO TOLERANCE (0.00 BAC). Don’t drink and drive.

Ace Karts operates a strict alcohol and drug policy. If we have doubt as to a driver’s ability to drive, or believe that any driver may be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, we will not permit that person to drive. Please note, that we will not refund or waive any fees paid or owing in the event that we disqualify a driver for the above reasons.

Wet Weather

If wet weather is imminent or the track is wet, the event will still take place.

Severe Weather

Ace Karts is an outdoor circuit and operates in all weather conditions.

Should we be unable to start your reservation due to severe weather and it is postponed by Ace Karts, we will reschedule your reservation at a mutually agreeable time, which is to be no longer than twelve (12) months from the original booking date. Should you not agree to any proposed new dates with a period of twelve (12) months from the original booking date, all prepayments will be forfeited.

If any part of your race package is postponed due to severe weather and you have started your racing, each driver will receive a credit for the unused portion of the session(s). Driver credits are not issued on the day but will be processed by management directly onto each driver(s) membership profile and you will be advised via email or phone within seven (7) working days. Interstate/international visitors will receive a proportional refund for unused session(s).
