Ace Karts is open for business

We are committed to ensuring the safety of our team members, our customers, and the wider community. We are following all health and safety guidelines provided by the Australian Government.

Cleaning

Increased frequency of cleaning throughout the day, using anti-bacterial cleaning products. Specific areas of focus are hard surfaces, handrails, door handles, workstations (screens, registration kiosks, keyboards, peripheral devices. etc.) and toilets.

Masks

Masks must be worn at all times as per Government regulations.

Signage

Signage regarding Hygiene and social distancing tips are displayed throughout Ace Karts, including: Foyer, restrooms, helmet and briefing room.

Entry and exit

Separate Entry and exit points for customers to avoid close contact and maintain social distancing.

Hand sanitiser

Touchless hand sanitiser stations are placed at entry and exit points throughout Ace Karts.

Sneeze screens

Sneeze screens are installed at all payment registers to protect staff and customers while helping maintain social distancing.

Helmet and kart sanitising

Our staff will ensure that every helmet and visor is sprayed with anti-bacterial sanitiser using a high powered disinfectant blaster after each use. Go Kart steering wheels, bars, seat belts and buckles will be cleaned with anti-bacterial sanitiser after each use. Balaclavas are available on site and are mandatory for customers who use our helmets.

 Social distancing

Briefing area arranged to ensure patrons are at least 1.5m apart at all times.

Staff training

Staff are regularly briefed by management on maintaining social distancing and good hygiene standards, frequently washing their hands and using hand sanitiser.
