1. Cancellations and changes must be notified in writing via email to racing@acekarts.com.au, via fax on (03) 9360 5006 or via post 20 Carrington Drive, Albion, VIC 3020.
2. Arrive & Drive cancellations/changes inside 24 hours of your scheduled event will be charged at 100%.
No refund or re-scheduling will be provided.
3. Arrive & Drive cancellations/changes outside 24 hours of your scheduled event will be entitled to re-scheduling at the discretion of management or a credit to the equivalent value paid will be provided to be used within 12 months.
4. Race Program cancellations/changes inside 72 hours of your scheduled event will be charged at 100%.
No refund or re-scheduling will be provided
5. Race Program cancellations/changes outside 72 hours of your scheduled event will be entitled to re-scheduling at the discretion of management or a credit to the equivalent value paid will be provided to be used within 12 months.
6. Refunds for cancellations will only be provided when 14 days' notice has been given.
7. Failure to arrive for your event will result in cancellation and you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.
8. Ace Karts is an outdoor circuit and operates in all weather conditions. Cancellation due to weather will only be accepted in severe cases where Ace Karts deems it is unsafe to continue operations. Ace Karts will endeavour to provide an alternative date to hold the event which is agreed upon by both parties.
9. No refunds will be provided if any of the terms & conditions are breached by the event organizer or any participating members of the group.
10. No refunds will be provided if less than the number of booked drivers participate in the event itself.
11. A 10% process and handling fee will be applied to all cancellations and changes.
12. Additional cancellation fees may be incurred as imposed by any third party suppliers if less than 72 hours notification of cancellation of event is given.
13. Ace Karts reserves the right to cancel or postpone your booking up to 24 hours prior to the event or within 24 hours under extenuating circumstances. Where possible, more notice will be given. 

ZERO TOLERANCE (0.00 BAC). Don’t drink and drive. Ace Karts operates a strict alcohol and drug policy. If we have doubt as to a driver’s ability to drive, or believe that any driver may be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, we will not permit that person to drive. Please note, that we will not refund or waive any fees paid or owing in the event that we disqualify a driver for the above reasons.

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. ACE KARTS does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable to the respective countries to which the product is being delivered. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services.
